etc takes pleasure and pride in taking Bollywood and its stars to their fan’s and viewers. Bollywood Birthmarks is one such programme that has been giving that extra personal touch to this endeavor of etc. Now to make it still more interactive and viewer friendly, etc has gone one step ahead.

So, besides wishing their favorite star via e-mail on ‘feedback@entertainmenttv.com’, viewers are invited to SMS the birthday greetings to their pet stars, directors, musicians and other whose-who from Bollywood. They just need to type ETCBMN……….. then type the message………. and then SMS it on 303.

While wishing the star viewers also stand a chance of winning a prize for the best and innovative greeting.

‘Bollywood Birthmarks’ is a Five Minutes capsule and every day it is aired on etc four times a day after the popular programme ‘Once More’. Devoted to celebrities, each week it showcases one or two Bollywood celebrities whose birthday falls in that particular week. So the viewers can tune in to etc for personal details of their June born favorite star everyday at 1.55am, 8.55am, 12.55pm and 5.55pm.

In the five minutes Bollywood Birthmarks talks about the birthday of the star and gives details about the place of birth, their high or low points in life, their likes and dislikes and a lot more interesting facets of their life.

For the first week of June etc has Sunil Dutt (6th), for second week Dimple Kapadia and Shilpa Shetty (8th) will entertain their fans, third week sees the He-Man Mithun Chakravarty (16th) and enigmatic Amrish Puri (22nd) while charismatic Karisma Kapoor (25th) will sizzle on etc for the fourth week.
