Megha - a spinster, faces
realities through her dreams. Ambitious Vedha - is under

Indu (Vinaya Prasad) whose stormy and eventful passage

Sahana happened to be the
darling lass of a well to-do family. Her mother Gayathri,

Ila, the central character,

organise money, uncle promises and old man that Ila would

Having left their village,
Vela and his wife Poovamma come to town and get employed
in the estate of Chidambara Swamy 30-40 miles away from
Bangalore. Chaidambara Swamy lives in the city with his
wife Savitramma and two children. He is involved in many
businesses including liquor and films. His son
Gnanamurthy is a professor in US & Kanaka - the
daughter, is handicapped.
Researching on
reincarnation, a team of youths visit - "Kathala
Basti", a notorious village known for evil spirits.
On their way through a dense forest, they come across a
lemon, bound by black thread. Mistakingly they unfold the

Siva Kumar,
a Big Industrialist. Muthukumaran is his best friend and
