Saregama
India, part of the Rs. 6,600 crore RPG
enterprises manged music company, has entered
into a startegic alliance with BBC worldwide for
distribution of their home video in India, Bhutan
, Bangladesh and Nepal. The move follows Saregama India's
Strategy to expand in the entertainment business.
The company made an
entry into the home video segment last year
through a distribution arrangement with Warner
Home Videop, a division of the global
entertainment major, Warner Bros.
Some of the popular
titles of BBC worldwide that will be available on
VCD and DVD include Tele-Tubbies, Pride and
Prejudice , yes Minister, are you Being Served
among others.
